In most cases your order will be delivered by DPD. Larger packages (> 30 Kg) we ship via UPS or by Pallet transport.

Yes, products weighing up to 20 kg can be picked up at a service point. Indicate in the ordering process that you want to pick up your package at a service point. After you have paid for your order online, you can often pick it up the next business day. You will receive an email when your order has been delivered to a service point. Your order will be waiting for you up to 7 days after it has been delivered to the service point.
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Once you have placed your order online and completed payment, our warehouse will collect your order as soon as possible and prepare it for you to pick it up. The Track & Trace code of the package works only after the package is scanned at the distribution center. In most cases, this happens after 22:00 in the evening. After this time, you can track your package.
