Is your product broken and do you think it is due to a product or manufacturing defect? Then we will be happy to check if it is within the warranty term and conditions. A warranty request is a free service. To make a warranty claim, you need proof of purchase.
If your product broke due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs, this will void the warranty.
You get at least a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. With normal use, your product should not break down during the first 2 years. If this does happen, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. Some products have an extended warranty period, which will be indicated in the product information.
If the product breaks down within the warranty period, we will examine whether or not it can be repaired/replaced under warranty conditions. In case of inexpert use, damage caused by external calamity or normal wear and tear are reasons that no warranty can be applied.
We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Second Chance products. Outside of 30 days, the 2-year warranty you've come to expect from us applies.
When your product no longer works properly because of how you have used it. For example when you leave your power station in the closet for too long, causing it to be discharged too deeply. Or when you bend a semi flexible solar panel too far, causing the cells in the panel to malfunction. A repairman will examine your product to determine how the defect occurred and whether the repair is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you want to have user damage repaired, when possible, you have to pay for it.
