The EcoFlow Smart Meter Dual CT monitors what is happening in your electrical system in real time and sends this information to your EcoFlow STREAM system. This allows your home battery to know how much power your household needs at any given moment and quickly and accurately adjust its charging and discharging power accordingly.
Thanks to its dual CT measurement, the Smart Meter independently monitors two energy flows. It measures your household's electricity consumption and grid feed-in while simultaneously monitoring, for example, the output of an existing solar system or the consumption of a specific circuit. This gives your STREAM system a more complete picture of your home's energy flows, helping you make better use of the solar energy available to you.
At the same time, the Smart Meter continuously monitors the current. This allows your STREAM system to automatically adjust its power when needed, keeping energy management both smart and safe.
