Want to get the most out of the system? The SolarVault 3 series delivers up to 1200W or more per unit and can directly cover part of your energy consumption. This allows you to use more of your own electricity and rely less on feeding energy back to the grid or buying it later.

For higher output, connection to a dedicated circuit in the consumer unit is required to ensure safe and optimal operation. This is a simple job for a qualified electrician.

To utilise the full 2500W output, a dedicated circuit with a suitable wall socket is required. Please check the following. Note: this applies to the SolarVault 3 Pro Max AC and SolarVault 3 Pro Max. The SolarVault 3 Pro supports up to 1200W output.

Step 1 — Create a dedicated circuit
A dedicated circuit powers only one device. This makes it the safest and most suitable option for connecting your system.
✓ Suitable circuits in most homes:

• Washing machine
  
• Tumble dryer
• Garage socket
• EV charger / wallbox

✗ Avoid these circuits:

• Lighting circuits (insufficient capacity)
• Kitchen sockets with multiple appliances
• Living room sockets (usually shared circuits)

Also check the location of the socket on that circuit. Suitable locations: utility room, garage, shed, attic, storage room Avoid: kitchen, bathroom or areas where access may be obstructed

Step 2 — Check 16A capacity
Check in the consumer unit whether the circuit is protected by a B16 or C16 circuit breaker and whether the wiring has a minimum cross-section of 2.5 mm². Most modern homes already meet these requirements.

Step 3 — Check the socket
A standard Schuko socket is suitable. Ensure it is in good condition:

• no discolouration
• no loose connections
• no visible wear

Step 4 — Connect the system
Connect the Jackery SolarVault 3 series directly to the socket of the dedicated circuit. No additional cabling or tools required.

Step 5 — Activate full power in the app
The output power is set to 800W by default. Open the app, go to settings and increase the output up to 2500W in less than 60 seconds.

Yes, you can. The SolarVault 3 series has an IP65 rating, meaning it is protected against dust and splashing water.

However, the system should be placed in a sheltered location, such as under a canopy or against a wall. It is not designed for prolonged exposure to rain or direct weather conditions.
