During the day, you often generate more electricity than you use. This surplus is fed back to the grid at a low rate, while in the evening you need to buy electricity again at a higher price.
With the Jackery SolarVault 3, you store this energy and use it later. This increases your self-consumption from around 30% to 70–80%, helping you save directly on your energy costs.
✓ Get more out of your own energy
✓ Works with and without solar panels
✓ Expandable up to 15.12 kWh of storage
For existing solar installations
For maximum control
Compact solution
The SolarVault 3 Pro Max AC is designed for households looking to expand their existing solar installation with energy storage. Instead of feeding generated energy back into the grid, it remains available in your home and can be used when demand increases. This allows you to make better use of your own solar power and run multiple devices at the same time when needed.
With 2500W of bidirectional AC power per unit, the system not only stores energy but also delivers up to 2500W of continuous output to your home. Storage capacity starts at 2.52 kWh and can be expanded with up to five BP2500 battery modules, reaching a total of 15.12 kWh per unit.
* For outputs up to 2500W, a dedicated circuit in the consumer unit is required for safe and compliant operation. See FAQ.
The SolarVault 3 Pro Max combines direct solar input, high power output, and expandable storage in a single system. This allows you to maximize the use of your own solar energy while maintaining control over when energy is stored and used. Thanks to its high power output, you can run multiple devices simultaneously, tailored to your energy consumption.
With 2500W of bidirectional AC power per unit, the system efficiently stores energy and delivers up to 2500W of continuous output to your home. With four MPPT inputs and a total solar input of up to 4000W, multiple panel groups can be optimized for better performance. Storage capacity starts at 2.52 kWh and can be expanded up to 15.12 kWh per unit using BP2500 battery modules.
* For outputs up to 2500W, a dedicated circuit in the consumer unit is required for safe and compliant operation.
The SolarVault 3 Pro is designed for households that want to use more of their own solar energy and reduce reliance on feeding power back to the grid. By combining direct solar input with expandable storage, energy is used within the home as much as possible and shifted to the moments when it is needed.
With 1200W of bidirectional AC power per unit, the system efficiently stores energy and delivers up to 1200W of continuous output to your home. With four MPPT inputs and a total solar input of up to 4000W, multiple panel groups can be optimized for better performance. Storage capacity starts at 2.52 kWh and can be expanded up to 15.12 kWh using BP2500 battery modules.
* For outputs up to 1200W, a dedicated circuit in the consumer unit is required for safe and compliant operation.
The base unit is fully plug & play: place it, plug it into a socket and configure it via the app. Ready to use within minutes.
Want to get the most out of the system? The SolarVault 3 series delivers up to 1200W or more per unit and can directly cover part of your energy consumption. This allows you to use more of your own electricity and rely less on feeding energy back to the grid or buying it later.
For higher output, connection to a dedicated circuit in the consumer unit is required to ensure safe and optimal operation. This is a simple job for a qualified electrician.
To utilise the full 2500W output, a dedicated circuit with a suitable wall socket is required. Please check the following. Note: this applies to the SolarVault 3 Pro Max AC and SolarVault 3 Pro Max. The SolarVault 3 Pro supports up to 1200W output.
Step 1 — Create a dedicated circuit
A dedicated circuit powers only one device. This makes it the safest and most suitable option for connecting your system.
✓ Suitable circuits in most homes:
✗ Avoid these circuits:
Also check the location of the socket on that circuit. Suitable locations: utility room, garage, shed, attic, storage room Avoid: kitchen, bathroom or areas where access may be obstructed
Step 2 — Check 16A capacity
Check in the consumer unit whether the circuit is protected by a B16 or C16 circuit breaker and whether the wiring has a minimum cross-section of 2.5 mm². Most modern homes already meet these requirements.
Step 3 — Check the socket
A standard Schuko socket is suitable. Ensure it is in good condition:
Step 4 — Connect the system
Connect the Jackery SolarVault 3 series directly to the socket of the dedicated circuit. No additional cabling or tools required.
Step 5 — Activate full power in the app
The output power is set to 800W by default. Open the app, go to settings and increase the output up to 2500W in less than 60 seconds.
5 steps. No complex installation required. Your energy-intensive appliances can start running on your own generated energy right away.
Based on a 16A dedicated circuit and a socket in good condition. Jackery and Solar Power Supply are not responsible for issues caused by outdated wiring, shared circuits or faulty sockets. We strongly recommend having a qualified electrician confirm that your circuit is suitable and assess the condition of the socket before installation.
Yes, the SolarVault 3 series is modular and easy to expand. You start with a base capacity of 2.52 kWh and can extend this with additional battery modules up to a maximum of 15.12 kWh per system.
Yes, you can. The SolarVault 3 series has an IP65 rating, meaning it is protected against dust and splashing water.
However, the system should be placed in a sheltered location, such as under a canopy or against a wall. It is not designed for prolonged exposure to rain or direct weather conditions.
The SolarVault 3 helps you maximise the use of your own electricity and reduce reliance on the grid. By storing energy and using it at the right time, you can lower your energy costs immediately.
Typical savings range from several hundred to over €1,000 per year, depending on your setup. With larger systems or variable energy, savings can increase even further.
