Save up to €1,466 per year* by storing your own solar power via a simple plug-in connection. With rising energy prices and changing feed-in conditions across Europe, storing your own electricity is becoming more important than ever. The Anker SOLIX Solarbank 3 E2700 Pro helps you make the most of your solar power. Easy, smart, and completely plug-in.
Thanks to the PluginPower™ concept, you can set up the system yourself. Just plug it into a wall socket. No installer needed and no waiting time.
The battery charges automatically via your solar panels or, if you don’t have any, from the grid. This increases your self-consumption and helps you avoid unfavorable feed-in tariffs.
Already have solar panels? You can easily expand your setup. The Solarbank stores excess energy generated during the day so you can use it in the evening. No permanent installation required: with four MPPT inputs, you can connect up to 3600 watts of portable panels (16–60 volts, up to 32 amps per input).
Smart savings through intelligent energy management
Combined with dynamic electricity rates, the Solarbank helps you reduce costs. The Anker app automatically adjusts charging and discharging to match your energy usage and take advantage of the most economical moments.
Example savings based on a 5 kW solar system, 10.8 kWh battery capacity, and an electricity price of €0.40/kWh. Actual savings may vary depending on your setup, usage, and local energy tariffs.
The Solarbank 3 helps you save at the smartest times. Thanks to built-in software, the system automatically charges when electricity is cheap and discharges when prices rise or when your consumption requires it. If your solar panels produce more power than you use at that moment, the excess energy is stored for later use.
Through the Anker app, you can view hourly electricity prices. These rates are based on the Nord Pool wholesale market and work with any energy provider. This allows the Solarbank to respond automatically to the most cost-effective moments.
From low night rates in winter to negative prices on sunny days, the Solarbank makes the most of every price difference. You save on energy costs without having to change a thing.
Plug & play
The Anker SOLIX Solarbank 3 connects directly to a wall socket. The app automatically manages when to charge, discharge, or feed energy back to the grid—based on your personal energy usage. That’s the ease of plug & play: plug it in and instantly start using your energy more efficiently.
Even more possibilities
Have a 3-phase connection at home? Starting August 2025, you’ll be able to connect up to three Solarbank 3 units in parallel—one per phase—using standard wall sockets. This allows you to increase your (solar) input to up to 3600W, either from your existing PV system or from the grid when electricity prices are low. Please note: in this plug & play setup, the combined output remains limited to 800W in line with regulations.
A new option will be available starting September 2025: the Solarbank 3 can be connected directly to a distribution panel, using a new add-on from Anker. This enables active feed-in of up to 3600W into your home, reducing losses from negative feed-in tariffs even further.
This more advanced setup requires an installer, but the installation remains simple. More details coming soon.
Make the most of your solar energy
Already have solar panels? The Solarbank 3 works seamlessly with your existing system, whether you use a central inverter or microinverters.
Prefer to connect panels directly? With four MPPT inputs, you can plug in up to 3600 W of solar panels, no additional inverter required. Connect up to 8 panels and generate up to 4153 kWh per year. Thanks to smart AI control, the system automatically optimizes everything for maximum yield and fast charging.
The Anker Solarbank 3 features 50% higher energy density, providing a powerful storage capacity of 2.688 kWh in a relatively compact design. The system also supports up to five additional expansion batteries (Anker SOLIX BP2700 Expansion Battery), allowing you to increase total capacity to as much as 16.1 kWh.
Good news for existing users: the Solarbank 3 is also compatible with the previous-generation 1.6 kWh expansion batteries (Anker SOLIX BP1600 Expansion Battery).
Smart charging and discharging through a single plug. The Solarbank 3 is equipped with a 1200 W bidirectional inverter. It automatically charges via a wall socket. For example, when your solar panels generate more electricity than you're currently using. That stored energy is later fed back into your home, delivering up to 800 W via the socket. This way, you make the most of your own solar production and use cheaper electricity at the right times.
Always energy on standby Power outage? The Solarbank 3 features an off-grid AC output of up to 1200 watts, allowing you to power essential devices via the built-in emergency outlet.
Expecting an interruption? In the Anker app, you can activate Manual Backup Power. The battery will temporarily charge extra to ensure you have enough reserve power for critical devices like your fridge, router, or lights.
Grows with your energy needs
With a storage capacity of 2.7 kWh, 1200 W continuous output, and 1800 W peak power, the Anker SOLIX Solarbank 3 provides reliable energy for everyday use. Need more capacity in the future? You can easily expand the system with up to five additional BP2700 batteries, bringing the total storage to 16.2 kWh. Expansion is fully plug-and-play: simply stack the batteries, no extra wiring or technical adjustments needed.
The system grows with your energy usage without adding complexity.
Perfect for outdoor installation
The Solarbank 3 is designed for flexible use, both indoors and outdoors. With compact dimensions (460 × 254 × 279 mm), a weight of 29.2 kg, and an IP65-certified enclosure, installation is easy. It remains reliable even in extreme temperatures, ranging from -20 to 55 °C.
The Anker SOLIX Solarbank 3 E2700 Pro can be expanded with two smart accessories: the Smart Meter and the Smart Plug. These continuously monitor how much electricity you generate, consume, and feed back into the grid.
With Anker Intelligence™, your system anticipates what’s ahead. It analyzes your energy usage, location, and weather forecast to predict when solar production will be especially high. Based on this data, the Solarbank automatically determines the best times to charge or discharge.*
If sunny conditions are expected the next day, you’ll receive a notification. So you can plan the use of energy-intensive appliances more efficiently. When combined with the Smart Plug, you can even set automatic charging schedules for specific devices. This helps you make full use of your surplus solar energy and avoid unnecessary waste.
If you use dynamic electricity tariffs, Anker Intelligence™ reaches its full potential. The software combines forecasted electricity prices with weather data and your consumption profile. This enables the system to decide when charging or discharging is most cost-effective, even on cloudy days.
* This feature is available when your solar panels are connected directly to the Solarbank 3. If you’re using it with an existing PV system, weather-based predictions cannot be included. However, Anker Intelligence™ will still work seamlessly with dynamic electricity tariffs in all setups.
The Anker SOLIX Solarbank 2 E1600 AC is the ideal entry-level model for those who want to easily get started with a plug-in home battery.
Just plug it in and start using stored energy right away, with no installation or technical knowledge required. Whether you have solar panels or not, you can store energy and use it whenever it suits you.
The base capacity of 1.6 kWh is more than enough for everyday use, and expanding is simple. Additional batteries can be stacked on top, no wiring needed. This allows you to increase capacity up to 15.1 kWh.
