Anker Solix Power Dock

The Anker SOLIX Power Dock is the central control unit of the Anker SOLIX Multisystem: a modular energy solution that can be expanded as needed. The device itself does not store energy, but connects multiple Solarbank 3 Pro batteries into one smart and scalable system. This turns individual batteries, such as the Solarbank 3, into a full-fledged home battery that efficiently converts solar power, distributes electricity throughout the home, and directly supports charging your electric vehicle.

The Power Dock combines the capacity of all connected Solarbanks. A single Solarbank 3 Pro offers 2.7 kWh of storage, expandable up to 16.2 kWh with five BP2700 batteries. When four Solarbanks are connected, the total storage reaches 64.5 kWh. An exceptional capacity that can power an average household for about a week entirely on its own electricity.

The system supports the connection of up to 14.4 kW of solar panels (up to 3,600 Wp per unit with four connected Solarbanks). This allows you to charge the batteries quickly and efficiently, while the Power Dock can feed back 1.2 kW per Solix Solarbank. With four linked units, this gives you a full 4.8 kW AC feed-back.

Intelligent management is handled via the Anker Smart Meter (see accessories) and advanced software that looks beyond the present moment. By considering weather forecasts, consumption patterns, and storage levels, the system automatically selects the most economical option: store, use directly, or feed back into the grid. This allows a household to achieve up to 80% self-sufficiency, with a payback period that is remarkably short in today’s market, around four years.

For electric vehicles, the Power Dock goes a step further. Connect it directly to the Anker SOLIX V1 Smart EV Charger (7.4 kW single-phase or 11 kW three-phase) and benefit from AI-supported Smart Charging that prioritizes solar power for your car. Third-party chargers can also be integrated via CEE connections.

Because the system exceeds the 800 W limit of plug-in solutions and can feed back up to 4.8 kW, it is classified as a full PV installation. The grid connection must therefore always be carried out by a certified installer. Installing the batteries and solar modules can, in many cases, be done yourself.

Later this year, Anker will expand the compatibility of the Power Dock to include the Solarbank 2 models and the BP1600 battery. This allows you to continue using existing components and expand the system further whenever needed.
