The Votronic Solar Laderegler MPP 350 Duo Dig - 1720 is a controller that can be linked between a solar panel and a battery. The controller works fully automatically and ensures shorter loading times and an optimal power consumption of the system. The alternating voltage of the solar panel is converted into a constant voltage to charge the battery. The innovative method to measure the maximum power (MPPT for short) makes it possible to generate extra yields, even when the weather is unfavorable.
The Votronic MPP charge controllers are manufactured in Germany and are among the most powerful and reliable charge controllers on the market. The MPP Duo Dig series from WATTSTUNDE uses the maximum power point tracking principle. With the MPPT technology, the controller determines the optimum operating point of the solar panel several times per second. He can therefore transform the excess voltage of the panels into an increased charging current for the battery. This charging current enhancement ensures shorter charging times and an optimal power consumption of the solar system. As an additional special feature, the charge controller offers the option of constantly charging the starter battery of a vehicle with a secondary charge output.
