Anker SOLIX BP7000 Expansion Battery

With the Anker SOLIX BP7000 Expansion Battery, you can add 7 kWh of additional storage capacity to a compatible Anker SOLIX home battery. This allows you to store more energy and use it at a later time, for example in the evening when your solar panels are generating little or no electricity.

How much storage capacity you need largely depends on your energy consumption. Your current capacity may be sufficient today, but this can change if you add more solar panels, switch to an electric vehicle or install a heat pump. With the BP7000, you can adjust the storage capacity accordingly and expand your home battery system when you need more energy storage.

The BP7000 is also designed for easy physical expansion. The battery connects directly to a compatible Anker SOLIX home battery, while the stackable design allows the modules to be placed compactly on top of each other. No extensive cabling is required between the stacked battery modules, keeping the system neat and organised even when multiple modules are installed.

LFP technology for a long service life

A home battery is charged and discharged almost every day. That is why the BP7000 uses LFP battery cells, a battery technology known for its long service life and suitability for intensive use. Anker specifies a lifespan of up to 10,000 charge cycles for the BP7000.

The available storage capacity can also be fully utilised. The battery supports a 100% depth of discharge and charging and discharging power of up to 3.5 kW, allowing energy to be stored and delivered with sufficient power when your home needs it.

Install the Anker SOLIX BP7000 indoors or outdoors

The BP7000 also offers flexibility when it comes to installation. Its enclosure has an IP66 rating, protecting it against dust and powerful water jets. This makes the expansion battery suitable for installation indoors as well as in a suitable outdoor location.
