The EcoFlow STREAM AC 5000 + 2x Expansion Battery 5000 combines intelligent energy storage with a total storage capacity of 15 kWh. Without replacing existing solar panels or inverters, the system stores surplus solar energy for later use. This keeps more of your own energy available when household consumption increases.

15 kWh of storage as a generous foundation

With a total storage capacity of more than 15 kWh, this bundle offers significantly more storage than the base system. This allows a larger share of the solar energy generated during the day to remain available for use in the evening, during peak consumption periods, or on days with lower solar generation.

Smart energy management for optimal use

When combined with the EcoFlow Smart Meter, the system gains real-time insight into energy generation, consumption, and grid export. Based on this data, the battery automatically determines when energy should be stored or used. This helps you make better use of your own solar energy while allowing the system to respond intelligently to dynamic electricity tariffs.

The integrated bidirectional inverter supports up to 3,000 W of charging and discharging power. By default, the system supplies up to 800 W through a standard wall outlet. When the STREAM AC 5000 is connected to a dedicated circuit, output power increases to 2,500 W.* This allows a larger share of the stored energy to be used directly within the home.

Through the EcoFlow app, you can see at a glance how much energy is being generated, stored, and consumed. Different energy modes help optimize energy usage automatically, while manual settings remain available for users who want more control. Thanks to Local Mode, the system also remains locally accessible if the internet connection is temporarily unavailable.

The STREAM AC 5000 and Expansion Battery 5000 are designed to store and deliver energy reliably for years of daily use. With support for up to 10,000 charge cycles and a 10-year warranty, this bundle provides a durable foundation for long-term energy storage.

Despite its total storage capacity of 15 kWh, the system remains compact in design. The expansion batteries produce less than 20 dB of noise, making them virtually inaudible during operation. Thanks to the IP65 rating and self-heating battery technology, the system continues to perform reliably even under challenging conditions.
