About this product

With the Anker SOLIX Solarbank Max + BP7000, you start with a generous amount of energy storage at home. Together, the Solarbank Max and BP7000 provide 14 kWh of storage capacity, allowing you to keep much more of your own solar energy for later use. Add support for solar installations up to 10 kWp, up to 5000 W of output power and smart energy management, and you have a home battery system ready for households with substantial energy demands.

14 kWh storage capacity

With 14 kWh of storage capacity, there is plenty of room to store the solar energy generated during the day. The Solarbank Max provides 7 kWh of storage, while the included BP7000 Expansion Battery adds another 7 kWh.

The benefit becomes particularly noticeable on days when your solar panels generate plenty of electricity. Instead of exporting surplus solar power to the grid, you can store more of it and use it later. For example, when cooking in the evening, running the washing machine or powering other appliances after solar generation has dropped.

For an increasingly electrified home, 14 kWh also provides a solid foundation. Think of a heat pump, electric vehicle or a larger solar installation. And if your energy needs continue to grow, the Solarbank Max can be expanded up to 42 kWh of storage capacity.

Solar installations up to 10 kWp

A large battery is even more useful when your system can handle plenty of solar generation. The Solarbank Max supports solar installations up to 10 kWp and a maximum of 12 solar panels, making it an attractive option for households looking to store and use more of their own solar energy.

The integrated hybrid inverter features three independent MPPT inputs. This allows different groups of solar panels to be managed separately, which is particularly useful when panels are installed across multiple roof sections or have different orientations.

Energy that is not immediately needed in your home can then be stored in the 14 kWh battery system, keeping more of your self-generated electricity available for later.

Up to 5000 W output power

Storing plenty of energy is one thing, but you also want that energy to be available when your home needs it. With up to 5000 W of continuous output power*, the Solarbank Max can supply multiple appliances at the same time.

Stored energy can therefore be used for larger loads such as a heat pump, induction hob, washing machine or EV charger. This higher output power is especially valuable in homes where an increasing number of appliances and systems run on electricity.

The Solarbank Max can also provide backup power during a grid outage. Its automatic backup function can continue supplying selected appliances with up to 3680 W, helping to keep essentials such as lighting, a refrigerator and internet equipment running until grid power is restored.

Smart energy management

Getting more from 14 kWh of storage is also about deciding intelligently when to store energy and when to use it. Combined with a compatible Smart Meter, the Solarbank Max continuously monitors solar generation and household electricity consumption. Charging and discharging can then be automatically adjusted to match these energy flows. The Solarbank Max also supports dynamic electricity tariffs, allowing current electricity prices to be factored into energy management.

The Anker app gives you real-time insight into your energy flows. You can monitor solar generation, battery storage and consumption, check the battery status and easily adjust energy modes. Integrations with platforms such as Home Assistant are also supported.

BP7000 with LFP technology

Thanks to its stackable design, the battery modules can be placed neatly on top of each other. Extensive cabling between the stacked modules is not required, keeping the installation compact and organised even if you decide to expand the system later.

The BP7000 is also designed for long-term daily use. According to Anker, its LFP battery cells offer a lifespan of up to 10.000 charge cycles. A 100% depth of discharge allows the available storage capacity to be fully utilised, while charging and discharging power of up to 3.5 kW ensures energy can be stored and delivered at a useful rate.

With its IP66 rating, the enclosure is protected against dust and powerful water jets. This makes the BP7000 suitable for installation indoors as well as in an appropriate outdoor location.

* For output above 800 W, we recommend connecting the system to a dedicated circuit in the distribution board that is not shared with other appliances. Have the connection checked or installed by a qualified electrician.
